Frequently asked questions
How many tokens for a video?
A 30-second video costs 3 tokens, a 60-second video 6 tokens. Included: the script, the voice-over, the music, the rendering, 3 edits through the chat and 2 new renders. Beyond that, 1 token per edit or render.
And for a long video and its clips?
After the first minute, 1 token covers 30 seconds: 14 tokens for 5 minutes, 24 tokens for 10 minutes, 34 tokens for 15 minutes. Each vertical clip taken from the long video costs 1 token (2 if it runs over a minute): a 10-minute video and 5 clips come to 29 tokens.
Do unused tokens roll over?
The month's tokens are topped back up at each renewal and don't accumulate. Pack tokens stay valid for 12 months.
How does the loyalty discount work?
The first month is full price. After that, each consecutive paid month lowers the price by 4%, down to −20% from month 6. If your subscription stops (cancellation or an unpaid payment that isn't settled), the discount starts again from zero.
How does the free trial work?
The Solo and Pro plans can be tried free for 7 days, once per account. We ask for your card so your scheduled videos aren't cut off at the end of the trial, but nothing is charged before then. You get an email the day before, and you can cancel in one click from your account.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in one click from your account. Access stays open until the end of the paid month.
Do I need API keys or technical accounts?
No. Everything is included. You only connect your social accounts, in a few clicks.
