Frequently asked questions
How much do I earn?
25% of every subscription payment made by the person you referred, for their first 12 paid months. Example: a client on the Pro plan earns you €17,25 in the first month, then a little less as their loyalty discount grows.
How is the client linked to me?
Through your personal link. After a click, it is remembered for 60 days in the visitor's browser. If they create their account within that time, with their email or with Google, they are linked to you for good.
When do I get paid?
Each commission stays pending for 30 days (to allow for any refunds), then becomes available. From €50 available, you request a payout from your area: bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal, within 7 working days.
What if my client cancels?
You keep the commissions already earned. If they come back later, their new payments count as long as their commissioned months haven't run out.
Do token packs count?
No. Only subscription payments earn a commission. The free Discovery plan doesn't either.
Can I refer myself?
No. An account can't be linked to its own link, and accounts created to get around this rule are excluded from the programme.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, on your own content and audiences. Bidding on the name “Riff” in search engines, pretending to be Riff or sending unsolicited messages is not allowed.
Do I have to declare this income?
Yes. Commissions are income you declare according to your status (individual or business).
